01.HYDROSTATIC TESTING
Hydrostatic testing includes Paintball, SCBA, Scuba tanks, & O2 cylinders. Our testing systems are capable of testing high pressure cylinders up to 11,000 psi. Benefits include a wide range of cylinder testing capabilities, quick turnaround, visual inspection internally & externally.
02.O2 CLEANING
Oxygen cleaning is a specialized process that removes hydrocarbons, oils, greases, & other contaminants from equipment used in high oxygen environments. This ensures safe usage & prevents combustion or contamination risks. We disassemble the cylinder & valve, degrease the components, ultrasonically clean all components, replacement of o-rings, & use O2 rated lubricants.
03.TANK TUMBLING
Scuba tank tumbling is a professional maintenance process used to clean the interior of cylinders, removing rust, corrosion, & scale to restore them to a safe, clean condition. It involves placing cleaning media (like ceramic chips or aluminum oxide) and cleaning agents inside the tank and rotating it on a machine to scour the walls.
04.TANK VISUAL INSPECTIONS
A scuba tank visual inspection (VIP) is an annual, in-depth examination of a diving cylinder by a trained technician to ensure its safety & structural integrity. It involves checking the interior/exterior for corrosion, any damage, thread integrity, valve inspection, o-ring replacement, & replacing the tanks inspection sticker.
05.VALVE SERVICES & REPAIRS
Valves play a critical role in air delivery, control & safety. The valve services we offer ensures the proper operation of your valves. We remove the valve, complete an overall inspection, & function check. If needed we complete an overhaul of the valve or replace if necessary. NOTE: Most tank manufacturers recommend tank valves should be overhauled/serviced when the tank is hydrostatically tested (every 5 years).
06.TANK POLISHING
Scuba tank polishing is the process of removing the paint, coating, or oxidation from an aluminum cylinder. This procedure is primarily aesthetic but offers benefits like easier detection of surface damage & a cooler tank in the sun. The tank is stripped of its original paint/coating with specialized tools to remove mill textures, minor scratches, or corrosion. Polished tanks are easy to maintain, as salt water does not typically bother polished surfaces.
07.AIR/NITROX FILLS
After your services are done, we offer Air, Nitrox, or Oxygen fills to complete the experience. We also offer everyday air, nitrox, or oxygen fills with our partner business.
